Taller avanzado que combina uso de herramientas, técnicas y reportes sobre el estado d ela rpeutación de las marcas y las estrategias de las PR digitales para construir una mejor reputación luegi de una crisis.

La mejor forma de superar una crisis en redes es estar preparados bajo la misma presión de una crisis.

Capacitación para CM, RRPP y departamentos de atención al cliente, incluye grupo de apoyo, y contenido 24/7 más 3 sesiones en vivo.

Objetivo: Desarrollar competencias para manejar la dirección, administración y gestión de la comunicación en momentos de crisis o eventos adversos, que sucedan o puedan suscitarse en organizaciones e instituciones, que afecten su reputación e imagen empresarial.

Metodología:

Carga Horaria: 20 hs.

Clases virtuales: 9 horas. 6 sesiones

Foro virtual de aplicación de herramientas: 10 horas.

Supervisión de trabajos y asesoría: 1 hora por estudiante.
